Faculty
Faculty give students a model of full-bodied Christian maturity, with faith and intellect working in harmony.
IAU offers a range of undergraduate and graduate certificate and degree programs in business administration and accounting. The university ensures a dedicated faculty body, a specialized curriculum, and rich student-faculty interaction. IAU’s faculty consists of business professionals who have significantly contributed to transforming organizations from “good” to “great.”
IAU’s curriculum involves harnessing contemporary business practices and organizing them into a classroom format. The real challenge was adapting the curriculum to a medium that enables teaching across time and space for student convenience while incorporating web technologies to enhance technological competitiveness. Students are assured that the training and education they receive will be practical in the professional arena, benefiting from the expertise of industry professionals.
IAU requires its instructors to be culturally sensitive, supportive, and approachable. IAU’s organized and detailed courses are accelerated and demand active participation both in the classroom and online. IAU instructors are tech-savvy, proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), web technologies, internet tools, and digital library searches.
If you are interested in joining IAU as an instructor, please feel free to submit your resume and a completed instructor application to [email protected].
Domestic Faculty
Domestic professors in America play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and enriching educational environment. Their primary value lies in their profound understanding of the local academic landscape, which enhances students’ cultural and contextual learning experiences. Unlike international faculty, domestic professors offer a nuanced perspective in the classroom, integrating local relevance into their teaching methods and curriculum. This approach significantly enhances students’ comprehension of societal and academic intricacies within the United States.
International Faculty
To bolster the international presence of IAU at its Study Centers and International Satellite Campuses, IAU retains qualified faculty from around the world. The education of international faculty members is evaluated by recognized NACES members to ensure their qualifications are equivalent to those of U.S. regionally accredited institutions. Faculty from diverse countries bring invaluable diversity in experience, education, and ideas, enriching the IAU students’ learning experience in ways that cannot be quantified. IAU is proud and honored to have such an extraordinary global faculty to enhance the academic journey of its students.
